Set includes 3 pieces. Soft lid foam, denser base foam with cutouts, dense flatpad for the bottom
Gun cutout foam is included which allows you to customize the depth the gun sits (using a razor blade or knife). This provides you the flexibility of fitting anything from a compact to a full size 1911.
Customer is responsible for gluing the lid foam in if desired. Standard hot glue will work.

    Answered by the admin The MTM container with this foam set should fit magazines up to 6.0" in length, so the Wilson Combat Magazines with Wrap Around Base Pads should indeed fit.

    Since the foam is not glued, you can always flip the insert over to change it to a left hand orientation. Be advised the cuts at the bottom are a little rougher than at the top, but functionally the foam would work for left handed users if flipped upside down.
