    Yes. However be advised there are perforations cut into the foam that need to be removed in order to properly fit bullpups. The product video does a good job visually showing where those perforations are located. Once the perforations are removed they cannot be put back in so the spot would be permanently altered for the bullpup.

    A 6.5 Creedmoor Bolt Action Rifle with foldable stock has not been tested in this case, but it is unlikely to work. Even though the the overall length might be with tolerance when folded, the stock itself will have no where to go. I think it could be possible to have the stock fold into the rifle holder next to it, but that could require foam modifications and will definitely lower the capacity from 4 to 3 long guns if it did work.
