Thanks for reaching out. We tested this extensively in the configuration shown below. Be sure you are not charging the battery while powering the starlink. The battery has a built in safety function to prevent power input and output at the same time. Assuming the battery is not plugged into power (& charged), then just be sure the red toggle is set to on.
