Although you can order 1.5" thick convolute, the only way we would be able to manufacture a custom thickness is if you ordered at least 20 sheets of this size.

Convolute foam consists of peaks and valleys. The 1.25" thick foam is measured to the tip of the peak. In other words 1.25" is the actual thickness of the material.
