The Pelican™ 1780 case is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. The Pelican™ 1780 case originally developed for the military to fit M4, M16 weapons is now available to law enforcement and civilians with that “special” collection. The Pelican™ 1780 case will continue to float with maximum of 500 lbs worth of contents. The 1780 case includes a fast loading, lockable metal cross bar and detachable halves that serve as mobile weapons racks. The Pelican™ 1780 comes with an option of Hi-density foam tray for 10 weapons with scopes or rigid polyethylene tray for 12 weapons. The Pelican™ 1780 case is one of a kind because of its unique locker design. A humidity gauge built into the front of the 1780 case changes color above 40% to alert you when the weapons may be in danger of rust. 4 heavy duty wheels for one-man mobility and a manual Pressure Equalization Valve. The Pelican™ 1780 case is watertight, crushproof, and dust proof made using an open cell core with solid wall design – strong, yet light weight. Temperature rating -10°F to +210°F
