    Answered by the admin It is possible, but important to know what you would be getting yourself into. The foam is of course cut in the profile of an AR15/AR10. Even if the shotgun is the same length it can be assumed the profile is different from the cutout which will require you to modify the foam to fit the shotgun. It is doable, but the Velcro straps may not perfectly line up nor will the overall insert be easy to make look professional. For those reasons, purchasing this case to work with a shotgun is not recommended.

    Yes, the foam in the bottom does come precut. The image you saw was likely the one below which is showing the removable foam pad that sits on the bottom rifle so the two rifles don't touch when the case is closed. That piece is 1/2" thick and is completely removable.

    This case would not fit an AR in the bottom. For that setup please see our 2 AR Rifle Case which would fit an AR15/AR10 in the lid and the base.

    Answered by the admin Looking at the Sage International EBR chassis for the M1A, it looks a little too different than the case's rifle cutout to fit properly. The M1A and the EBR Chassis are untested in this case, but it looks like the extension rails of the stock, and the charging handle of the M1A, may present issues. Overall I do not suspect that the M1A with Sage International EBR chassis would work well in the case.

    Please start by measuring the length of your rifles. If the Ruger Precision 6.5 Creedmoor does not exceed 50.57" long & the AR300 blackout does not exceed 42.40" long then this case would be the best choice. It is important to verify the dimensions of the rifles before purchasing the product to ensure a compatibility. If neither rifle exceeds those max dimensions then this case will work great.

    Yes. This case can be ordered as a generic shipping case that has uncut foam. Be advised the foam layer thickness will be different then this case & there will be no Velcro straps in the lid, but rather generic convoluted foam.     If you are willing to make foam modifications with the included razor knife you could make it work. Be advised, not all the Velcro holes will line up. It looks like the Scar covers 2 of the Velcro exit points. Here is an illustration of what you would be working with. Colored lines are the template, black lines are the Scar. If you are handy and willing to spend the time it would work. If modifications are not something you would feel comfortable doing then I would advise against this product.

    The Case Club Precision and AR Rifle Case can hold a .338 Lapua Magnum Ruger Precision Rifle provided the rifle does not exceed the specs of the "Maximum Dimensions" diagram. The rifle cutout may not perfectly hug the contours of the .338 as well as smaller Ruger Precision variations, but (as seen with the non-Ruger rifle images on the product page) the foam is built to accommodate slightly different shapes as well.

    The case can also hold up to two 5 round .338 Lapua Magnum magazines naturally in the bottom left pocket of the case. For 10 round .338 magazines, the user may need to remove the adjoining convolute foam in the lid of the case to free up some extra space.

    The M1A rifle will technically fit in the precision rifle area, but there will be extra space left over that could be considered awkward. Below is the M1A overlaid on the existing cutouts. The pink lines make up the M1A scout where as the black lines are the existing cuts already made in the foam. You will have to be the judge whether that is acceptable.

    This case can be customized to fit longer a longer rifle however any changes would be considered a custom foam insert which would increase the price. Custom foam generally adds about $200 extra to the product price which accommodates engineering time and machinery setup for a single case.
