    The case has inner dimensions of 9.60″ x 7.42″ x 4.00″ so you would want to ensure your gun is smaller than those dimensions. For reference this case will accommodate most full size semi-auto pistols. It will struggle fitting full size revolvers & pistols with sights. Please refer to the inside dimensions for the most accurate max pistol size.

    Answered by the admin The foam will fill the base of the case to the edge. The product comes with 2 layers of convoluted foam in the base and 1 in the lid. The main product image shows the case with 1 layer in the base already removed. Therefore if you have a thinner firearm you would be able to leave the top layer in place for a tighter fit.
