California Proposition 65

You may have heard that everything gives you cancer – if you live in California. We are unable to test against the 900+ chemicals listed for Prop 65 and to 100% certainty, and therefore, in an abundance of caution, we have placed the warning on our products to be in compliance with this California regulation. Answered by the admin Yes it will. However be advised; if the side saddle is on the bottom side, you will have to carve out the foam below the shotgun to make it fit. Alternatively if it is on the top side, the convoluted foam in the lid should naturally compress enough to accommodate it.

Yes, your shotgun will fit. The max length allowed is 40.60". Your shotgun is 40.125" so it does fall within the max dimension allowed.

No, this case will not fit the KS7 however please refer to our Kel-Tec KSG & Std. Mfg. Co. DP-12 Shotgun Case which will fit the KS7.

Assuming you are referring to the 7 round extended tube, (that installs underneath & parallel to the barrel), then this case would appear to work. You will need to confirm the tube does not extend past the barrel once installed (which based on some quick research it doesn't appear to).
