California Proposition 65

Yes, there is a "floor" preventing the magazines from going to the bottom which would render them difficult to remove. Depending on how handy you are, modifying this box could be an option. The inside depth of the box is 7.25" so it is physically deep enough to fit longer magazines. However be advised modifying it would require some DIY effort that would likely go beyond a kitchen and into a garage.

Answered by the admin Assuming you are referring to the rifle magazines, the answer is yes. However you should be aware of 2 possible issues when using shorter magazines. First, you can expect the top of the shorter magazine to sit a lot lower in the plastic holder than the longer 30rd mag which will likely make it more difficult to pull out, but not impossible. Furthermore if the box was tipped upside-down, the magazine could fall out of the holder as naturally there would be an air gap between the top of the mag and the lid. With that said, the box will physically work with 10rd, 20rd & 30rd magazines.
