California Proposition 65

You may have heard that everything gives you cancer – if you live in California. The reason is that it is a California state law that requires businesses to provide reasonable warning about the use of any chemicals the state has decided could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The list of chemicals and substances is extensive - currently totaling approximately 900.

For those consumers who live outside of California, you are not accustomed to seeing Prop 65 Warnings everywhere you go to shop, eat, buy groceries, fix your car, and are even posted at amusement parks.

We have no reported cases of our products causing harm or danger to anyone. We believe in the safety of our products and we meet all the applicable safety requirements. We are unable to test against the 900+ chemicals listed for Prop 65 and to 100% certainty, and therefore, in an abundance of caution, we have placed the warning on our products to be in compliance with this California regulation. You will also see the Prop 65 warning on products that you buy outside of California, because we are unable to determine our products’ final retail destination.

Answered by the admin The overall cutout length for the barrels is 35", so if the measurement of your barrels with the choke tubes installed are within that length then they will fit.

This case will be a legal transport container in all 50 states including New Jersey. With the case shut simply place your padlock through one of the built-in padlockable holes as shown in the following photo.

This case is 100% TSA compliant. Although it does not have TSA locks built in, that is by design. When shipping firearms you can use a regular padlock even on the airline. It is one of the few exceptions where a TSA lock is not needed as the firearm would be inspected in a special room before your flight. From there the TSA agent will watch you put your own padlock on the case that only you have the key to. After that, the airline no longer needs to open the case again.

Yes. Please refer to our CC361463ISK Case which is the same case shell, but can be ordered with whatever foam you want for a do-it-yourself project. I would recommend ordering it "With PE Flat Foam".

The receiver cutout is 20" long, but has a perforated extension that can be ripped out extending it to 22" long.
